• The Lafayette Analyzer projector features complete stop motion, frame by frame automatic advance, variable calibrated frame rate control, instant start stop, forward and reverse, and all operations are remote controlled.
• During the seventies, the Lafayette Instrument Company manufactured projectors for scientific applications. These projectors were made for a small film formats (Super 8 and 16 mm) and called as "Analyzer". These machines were used for analisys frame-by-frame. There were some scientifics studies that were filmed  in Super 8. Scientific staff filmed  with high-speed cameras, and then they analyzed the film frame-by-frame with a Lafayette projector.
