• Microtecnica made a limited number of projectors for a M format, also called 8 Maurer format. They manufactured the Micron Emme in 2 versions: optical sound version (Micron OemmeO) and optical/magnetic sound version (Micron OemmeO OPL). These two projectors were an adaptation of 16 mm projectors.
• 4 cine projectors were built for M format: Viewlex Super Sound, Fumeo OemmeO, Micron OemmeO, Micron OemmeO OPL.
