Company founded in 1925 in Munich by Georg Niezoldi & Georg Krämer as Niezoldi & Krämer GmbH, specialized in production of small format movie cameras. In 1962 it was bought by the Braun AG, Kronberg, Germany, that used the term "Nizo" for most of its own Super8-cameras. In 1980 the Braun AG sold its film & photo-section to the Robert Bosch GmbH, owner of the Eugen Bauer GmbH. In 1985 it stopped its Super8-activities.
