Sedic Camera Company was a japanese company of low cost photographic equipment: exposure light meters, 110-film cameras, 126-film cameras, 35 mm still cameras, etc. This company made 126-film cameras for Argus (the Argus Instant Load 146 X, Argus Lady Carefree) and for Astral (the Atral S20 Eectric Eye).
