  • (1) the original Bolex SM8 projector was equipped with a choice of Paillard-Bolex Hi-Fi f: 1.3 fixed focal length lenses of 15mm, 20mm or 25mm; a Paillard-Bolex f: 1.3 \ F: 14-25mm zoom lens could be purchased at additional cost. But in 1970, it were usually equipped with a f: 1.3 \ F: 12-30 mm zoom lens.

  • (2) the original Bolex SM8 projector used a 100W/12V quartz iodine lamp. But in 1970, it used a 100W/12V halogen lamp with a built-in dichroic mirror.
